1. The plastic molds produced meet the customer's standards. Those with drawings shall be produced in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawings. The processing accuracy of injection molds shall be improved as much as possible to make customers more satisfied.

2. Pay attention to complete the customer's production requirements in time and do not delay the delivery. Instead, rapid response, rapid production and rapid delivery should be achieved as far as possible.

3. Pay attention to the maintenance of plastic mold, especially the maintenance of the outer surface of mold blank, without defects, dust, rust, etc. And keep it clean.

4. After the plastic mold is processed, pay attention to the maintenance of the plastic mold. The mold surface shall be clean and kept clean.

5. When the plastic mold is handed over for acceptance, it shall be accepted item by item according to the standard process and relevant acceptance table. After passing the acceptance, the mold can be packaged and removed.

6. All plastic molds are clear about their materials during production. There is a list of material quality certificates, and some special materials should have reports of relevant processing parameters. If some dura has heat treatment report, the processing process of injection mold will get twice the result with half the effort.

7. Any inner membrane or mold parts in the plastic mold shall strictly follow the production process during processing, and shall not be welded or polished without permission.

8. An exhaust slot shall be added at an appropriate position around the plastic mold product, and the specification of the exhaust slot shall be in strict accordance with the requirements and standards of the mold designer.

9. If it is necessary to engrave characters on the plastic mold, it is necessary to ensure that all characters are neat and correct, and must not be crooked.
